Skill Auction Offer your skills to the highest bidder. You could offer to fetch your colleague’s lunch, type their e-mails, make coffee for a week etc.

Talk Don’t Type   Have a non e-mail day at work i.e no e-mailing between colleagues. Everyone pays a fee to take part and if they break the rules they pay a penalty.

Step Back In Time   Go back to the 80s or 70s or 60s by coming to work in clothes from those decades: pay to take part.

Famous For A Day   All your colleagues put the names of their favourite celebrities into a hat and pay to pick a name. Then for the day you have to adopt the mannerisms of that person.

Who’s The Baby?   Get everyone to bring in a photo of themselves as babies, then charge people £2.00 to guess the identities.

Walk Don’t Ride   No taking the lifts – you must walk upstairs all day. It may set a trend for the future and its much healthier. A fine is paid by anyone breaking the rule!

Give It Up   Get sponsored to give up coffee for a month or to stay off snacks.

Car Wash   Charge colleagues to have their cars washed in the lunch hour.

Cake Sale   Sell homemade cakes as a Friday treat once a month.
