Southport to Preston Sponsored Walk
Event Date: Saturday, 19 May 2012
This 20 mile walk on 19 May has been organised by Val Blackburn. It starts at the end of Southport Pier at 10am and finishes at the Ashton Bowling Club in Preston; it is expected to take about 6 to 7 hours.

Cumbria Steam Gathering 28th/29th July

Rosemere will have a stand at the 40th Cumbria Steam Gathering at Cark Airfield Flookborough on 28th/29th July. Always a real crowd-pleaser and a great day out for all the family, the Cumbria Steam Gathering features more than 1,200 classic exhibits, a vintage fair, a multitude of caterers, trade stands and crafts as well as many different displays and lots of great entertainment.

Witches & Wizards Ball’ in Simonstone

Come along to ‘Witch Country’ for an evening of dancing and entertainment to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the Pendle Witches. This will be held on Saturday 29 September at the Higher Trapp Hotel in Simonstone and proceeds are for Rosemere.
The evening will include a ‘potion’ on arrival, a 3 course dinner, and entertainment including a Tarot Reader and Disco.
