Thousands of young people fundraise for charity through their schools, universities or youth organisations every year. By doing so they gain valuable experience and points towards
recognition through schemes such as the Duke of Edinburgh's, building their confidence and self-esteem.

Rosemere staff are always happy to give presentations to groups of young people tailored to their interests, age, national curriculum etc. For 16 - 18 years olds these can also be linked with information on careers in oncology, in particular radiotherapy, medical engineering and medical physics.

If you are a young person looking for a volunteering opportunity or wanting to fundraise for Rosemere with your mates, or if you are a teacher or youth leader who can introduce the Rosemere Cancer Foundation to the young people you work with, contact Anne Sweeney on 01772 523728 or email Anne.Sweeney@lthtr.nhs.uk
