Hard hats, warm hearts as construction company staff put themselves to the test for Rosemere

Hard hats gave way to some hard thinking when staff from construction company Morgan Sindall, currently on site at Barrow’s BAE Systems, organised and hosted a charity quiz night, which with the company’s match funding, helped to raise nearly £3,000 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation.

Staff from BAE Systems plus those from local supply firms were also among the 30 teams taking part, which equated to 120 individuals putting themselves to the test for the charity. The event also had a fundraising raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
